This is a legal contract between you and WORLD CLASS TRAVEL You must read all the information carefully as you agree to these terms and conditions while retrieving or using any services or products or contents of WORLD CLASS TRAVEL.

Name Policy

The first and last name of the traveler must be entered into the reservation exactly as it appears on your Government issued identification, be it your Passport, Driver License or other adequate form of identification as may be required. Name change not allowed, but some typo error on that name change allowed depends on Airline Conditions and charges would be applicable.

Fare Changes Situations

All tickets are not guaranteed until ticketed. At certain times, even after the confirmation of a reservation, the fare may alter as revised by the supplier any time. WORLD CLASS TRAVEL will notify you any fare changes and we do not assume any responsibility –financial or else for any such fare alter made by the supplier. We will notify you the new fare & at that point you may either cancel or still purchase the product or service at the new cost. You have the right to cancel the booking at no cost to you if there is any fare hike before ticketing and prior to your card being charged. You’ll not be charged any fees for cancelling such a booking.

Accepting Payment Policy

  • Prices are displayed in US Dollar ($)
  • WORLD CLASS TRAVEL accepts Debit Cards and Credit Cards issued from Canada, USA or any other country around the world.
  • WORLD CLASS TRAVEL may split your total charge into two parts: Ticket fare and fees. But, the combined total amount will be the same as authorized and quoted by you at the time of booking.
  • Prices omit baggage fees of airline.
  • The total price we quote comprises our mark-up and service fee.
  • Tickets are guaranteed only after the ticketing is completed. The tickets will not be guaranteed upon submission of payment. In case, your credit card payment fails to proceed due to any reason, WORLD CLASS TRAVEL will notify you about this within 24 hours.

Credit Card Declines

WORLD CLASS TRAVEL will notify you, when your Credit Card is declined while processing your transaction at your valid email id as on the booking within 24 hours to 48 hours. In such case neither the transaction will be processed nor will the fare and any other booking details be guaranteed.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Flight tickets bought from the WORLD CLASS TRAVEL are 100% non-refundable. You, however, reserve the right to entertain refund or exchange if allowed by the airline fare rules associated with the ticket(s) issued to you. Your flight ticket(s) may be refunded or exchanged for the original purchase price after the deduction of applicable airline penalties, and any fare difference between the original fares paid and the fare associated with the new ticket(s). Furthermore, WORLD CLASS TRAVEL has the right to charge a Change/Refund fees. WORLD CLASS TRAVEL has no control over airline penalties associated with refunds or exchanges.

Make a note of it if you travel internationally, you may often be accessible to travel in more than one airline. Each airline has formed its own set of fare rules. If more than one set of fare rules are applied to the total fare, the most restrictive rules will be applicable to the entire booking.

Unaccompanied Minor

  • In certain airlines, alone minors are allowed to travel without an adult
  • In certain airlines, alone minors may travel on non-stop flights
  • In certain airlines, you may require to pay some additional fees at check-in
